A toast to Constitutional History

We are at the intersection of Constitutional history and holiday cheer.  How often does that happen ?

December 5 marks the 75^th Anniversary of the ratification of the 21^st Amendment to the US Constitution. 

You remember that one… it is the the repeal of  Prohibition – the 18^th Amendment.

So, if you are so inclined, raise a glass and toast the holiday season and the 21^st Amendment.
